The weather here at Clam Gulch changes what seems to be randomly and rapidly. I took this photograph in the morning. You can see that the tide is out, but that doesn't really seem to affect the weather.
Several hours later it's sunny and warm. The tide is coming in. Where we usually see mountains in the background are clouds.
Now it's evening and the clouds have moved back in and it is raining. Now you can see the mountains in the background again.
Behind my camper is this vegetation. The plants were a few inches tall when I arrived at Clam Gulch. Now some of them are taller than me! The plants grow fast because of the long days, but interestingly around 4:00 or 5:00 although the sun is still up, it's lost its warmth.
